John Jones Coffee

We photographed a beautiful wedding last night at Rose Story Farm in Carpinteria (thank you Justin & Felicity—it was a blessing sharing such a special day with you!) and had the pleasure of running into someone from our past. For those of you who recognize the name “The Java Man”, you’ll be pleased to know that John Jones is now whipping up an excellent brew at select weddings!
John used to drive his mobile coffee shop around to various locations, including the Jefferson Campus of Brooks Institute where we first met him. He takes his coffee seriously and is a really pleasant person to have a conversation with. Last night he had an espresso machine with him and was making any drink the guests could think to request. We had a mocha (yes, it was scrumptious) and overheard a number of people saying very complimentary things about both John and his coffee.

It’s wonderful to see how he is changing. I see resemblance to Louise in the top picture! Makes me really look forward to seeing him and you again in a few weeks.

Oh my gosh, he does look so different! You and Peter look great too, not at all like first time parents. I can’t wait to see everyone in October.
